Daily routine of a first grader

The speech at the lecture hall for parents was prepared by Stasyuk N.V.,

Teacher MKOU "Secondary School No. 1", Izobilny, Stavropol Territory

Under the daily routine rational alternation is understood various kinds activities and recreation, which is of great health and educational value. A properly organized daily routine helps to establish the physiological balance of the body with the environment in which education and training are carried out, since it is based on a comprehensive consideration of the characteristics of the growth, development, and living conditions of the child. Since all processes in the body are rhythmic in nature, the regularity of individual elements of the regime and their alternation contribute to the normal functioning and clear interaction of all organs and systems.

The mode is the basis of the child's normal life, it ensures high performance throughout the school day, week, year, protects nervous system from overwork, increases the overall resistance of the body, creates favorable conditions for physical and mental development.

For first-graders, adherence to the daily routine is of particular importance. On the one hand, their nervous system is still far from mature and the limit of exhaustion of nerve cells is quite low, and on the other hand, new living conditions, the need to adapt to physical and mental stresses that are difficult for the child’s body associated with systematic training, breaking old stereotypes of behavior and activities and the creation of new ones place increased demands on all physiological systems.

The orderliness of the alternation of work and rest contributes to the optimization of body functions, better adaptation to school conditions with minimal physiological costs, and violations of the daily regimen lead to serious deviations in the child's health, and above all to neuroses.

If the child has irritability, anxiety, poor appetite, sleep disturbances, lag in physical development, then the reason most often lies precisely in non-compliance with the daily routine. Rationalization of the regimen is one of the most effective measures to prevent diseases and improve children's health.

From a hygienic standpoint, all types of activities and recreation for children are clearly standardized. It is extremely important that all elements of the regime are carried out strictly sequentially and at the same time. When the previous stage of the daily rhythm is a conditioned signal for the implementation of the next one, this helps to consolidate the system of stable conditioned reflexes. Schoolchildren who strictly observe the daily routine get involved in work faster, work more efficiently, fall asleep faster and get less tired.

In order to cope with numerous loads without harm to health, the child needs to follow a rational daily routine, i.e. expediently established and constantly implemented order of alternation of labor (mental and physical), rest, eating and sleeping. A well-composed and observed daily regimen increases efficiency, academic performance, and disciplines the student. The systematic implementation of the daily routine contributes to the normal growth and development of the body.

The main regime moments are training sessions at school and at home, classes in institutions additional education, circles, etc., outdoor games and sports, walks, family help and self-service, free time, eating and sleeping at night. With age, the ratio of individual components of the regime changes over time, training sessions become longer, and walks become shorter.

The main thing in the daily routine should be a reasonable alternation of mental and physical stress and work and rest, while any activity, both intellectual and physical, in nature and duration should be feasible for the child, not exceed the limits of his working capacity, and rest should provide full functional body recovery.

________________

Many families in which first-graders have appeared, I think, are familiar with the situation when, already at the beginning of September, a small schoolboy in the evenings barely crawls to his bed, and in the morning wakes up for a very long and painful time. Why is this happening, is the child really overloaded at school so much? And if the baby still goes to any circles, or to sport sections… Do sports have to be cancelled?

In fact, this happens, in most cases, not due to overload, but due to an incorrectly planned daily routine, or due to its complete absence. A first-grader is not yet able to plan his day himself in such a way as to have time to do everything necessary, to weed out secondary, or completely unnecessary things, and still leave time for rest.

The task of parents is to help the baby and teach him to rationally build a schedule for every day, that is, to organize the child's daily routine.

The organization of the daily routine allows the child:

Easier to cope with the study load;

Protects the nervous system from overwork, i.e. improves health.

The exact schedule of classes is the basis of any work.

It should immediately be noted that the performance of children is not the same throughout the day. Experts talk about two so-called peaks of working capacity: from 8 to 11 am, and from 16 to 18 pm. Then, there is a sharp decline. Based on these data, it is necessary to build the optimal regimen for a small student.

The child should wake up about an hour before leaving the house. Immediately charging, then a hot breakfast. You should not count on the fact that the child eats at school - breakfast should be a must.

From 8 to approximately 11.15 - classes at school. The first time in the schedule of first graders there are only 3 lessons of 35 minutes, so that it is easier for them to get used to a new type of activity - study. After school, take a walk outside. Let the first grader run, jump, and spend time actively.

When a child comes home from school, do not immediately sit him down for lessons. Firstly, as we already know, the child's performance at this time is greatly reduced. Secondly, the kid just needs to relax after school.

The most ideal option would be a walk with outdoor games. If it is not possible to go outside, let the baby frolic at home. If the child is very tired, you need to save daytime sleep to which the child is accustomed in kindergarten.

The best time to prepare homework approximately from 4 pm to 6 pm. You need to start with simpler ones, then move on to more complex ones. Every 25-30 minutes you need to give the child the opportunity to rest. It is best to do finger exercises with him, or a few exercises. If the child is engaged in any section, classes there should also end no later than 18-19 hours, so that the baby has time to return home, have dinner and go to bed on time.

All schoolchildren have dinner at home 1.5-2 hours before bedtime. Dinner, taken just before bedtime, interferes with night's rest.

But the evening can be devoted to home games or a walk with the whole family. If you are busy with household chores, try to involve your child in them as well. After all, he missed the day and is now especially eager to communicate with you. But here things are done. Every family has its own attitude to TV.

In some families, the matter comes down to a direct ban - on weekdays, children are not allowed to watch TV shows. In others, they discuss the schedule for the week and select programs that children will watch, trying not to exceed the recommended norm - up to 7 hours a week. In a third family, the adults themselves thoughtlessly become prisoners of television. And the children here spend all their free time watching TV and get very tired. Especially from watching non-child programs. This type of sitting in front of the TV, according to doctors, is especially dangerous for younger students.

Make sure that the first grader does not go to bed too late. It is advisable to go to bed no later than 21 hours, since a first grader should sleep about 11.5 hours a day (including 1.5 hours of daytime sleep). Good, restful sleep is the basis of health. Even very big children are very fond of a bedtime story, a song and gentle strokes. All this calms them, helps to relieve stress, sleep peacefully.

An important issue in the organization of the daily routine is the organization of leisure. It is important not to leave the child unattended, but to give the opportunity to do what you love in your free time from school.

Entering school significantly changes the life of a child, but it should not deprive it of diversity, joy, and play. The first grader should have enough time for gaming activities. Having entered school and joined in a new educational activity for him, the child does not stop playing. Under the influence of teaching, new knowledge about the world around, under the influence of further physical reinforcement organism, many new and interesting points are introduced into the schoolchild's game. The game still has a great influence on the upbringing of positive personal qualities in a child.

It is necessary to include daily household chores (buying bread, washing dishes, taking out the garbage, etc.) in the daily routine. There may be few of them, but it is necessary that children fulfill their duties constantly. A child accustomed to such duties will not have to be reminded to put his things away, wash the dishes, etc. It is absolutely necessary that daily reading of books be included in the daily routine. Preferably at the same time. A well-read student develops faster, masters the skills of literate writing faster, and copes with solving problems more easily. It is good if you ask to retell what the child has read (story, fairy tale). At the same time, adults will be able to correct speech errors, incorrectly pronounced words. In this way, children will learn to express their thoughts.

Weekends try to unload from household chores and devote more attention to kid. Things to do? Where to go? To the cinema, to the circus, to the museum, to the exhibition. Great pleasure will bring you joint walks with children. All this brings us closer to the children, lays strong and deep bonds of friendship, without which it is difficult to build relationships with growing children. You just need to plan everything in advance and so as not to overload the child with spectacles.

Should a child observe a daily routine on weekends? At first, definitely. Until the first grader gets used to the new rhythm. But the bot habituation process is over. After that, do not wake the child in the morning! He won't sleep for a long time either. Breakfast on this day usually takes place a little later. And the dinner drags on - the whole family gathers at the table. But the first grader should go to bed on time; After all tomorrow in school!

Of course, you need to start accustoming your baby to a new daily routine gradually, it can take from two weeks to two months. It all depends on the character and temperament of the child, as well as on the parents, but believe me - these innovations will only benefit the child.

Nine tips for parents of first graders.

1. Support in your child his desire to become a schoolboy. Your sincere interest in his school affairs and concerns, serious attitude to his first achievements and possible difficulties will help the first grader to confirm the significance of his new position and activities.

2. Discuss with your child the rules and norms that he met at school. Explain their necessity and expediency.

3. Your child has come to school to learn. When a person studies, something may not work out right away, this is natural. The child has the right to make mistakes.

4. Make a daily routine with the first grader, follow it.

5. Do not ignore the difficulties that a child may have at the initial stage of mastering learning skills. If a first-grader, for example, has speech problems, try to deal with them before entering school.

6. Support the first grader in his desire to succeed. In each work, be sure to find something for which you could praise him. Remember that praise and emotional support ("Well done!", "You did so well!") Can significantly increase a person's intellectual achievements.

7. If something bothers you in the behavior of the child, his educational affairs, do not hesitate to seek advice and advice from a teacher or a school psychologist.

8. With admission to school, a person more authoritative than you has appeared in the life of your child. This is a teacher. Respect the first grader's opinion of your teacher.

9. Teaching is hard and responsible work. Entering school significantly changes the life of a child, but it should not deprive it of diversity, joy, and play.

Dear parents, your child will be coming soont in new life called "School". Compliance with the daily routine of a first-grader plays a big role for his well-being and academic success.

Pediatricians around the world recommend sticking to a daily routine that is appropriate for your child's age. As the child grows, this daily routine changes. Even before the start of the lessons at school, consider what additional classes you plan to organize for your first grader, when the first lesson begins, what kind of workload per day is acceptable for the child given age how much time will you spend on the road,- all this will allow you to create a daily routine that suits t just for you.

Subject to the regimen of the day, a first-grader will have his nervous system easier adapt

Approximate daily routine for a first grade student:

7:00 Wake up

If the child studies on the first shift, then he wakes up around 7 in the morning. From the moment you wake up to leave the house, at least 40 minutes should pass. This time will be enough for the first grader to get ready for school. Try to instill in your child a love of sports, even a five-minute exercise can improve health and help wake up. Try to organize the regime in advance, it is better to do this a month before the start of classes so that the child has time to get used to the new rhythm.

7:20 Breakfast

The morning meal is very important for a first grader. He starts work digestive system, glucose organizes the work of the brain. For breakfast, cereals, egg dishes or cottage cheese are ideal. It is better to refuse store-bought sweet cereals, they contain too much sugar. Doctors recommend drinking water, cocoa or weak tea. Coffee and soda are not allowed! Correct Mode nutrition will give the child the necessary amount of energy and will minimize snacking.

7:50 Road to school

If the school is close, you can walk to it lessthan twenty minutes - give up the car or bus. Of course, in the modern, constantly hurrying world, a morning walk seems to be something supernatural. On the way to school, the child will breathe fresh air, walking will replace physical activity, and the first grader will be full of strength in the classroom.

8:30 – 13:00 School time

The daily routine of a first grader at school is strictly regulated. In the first half of the year, the school practices the use of a “stepped” learning mode (in September, October - no more than 3 lessons a day, 35 minutes each;in November-December - 4 lessons per day for 35 minutes each; JanuaryMay - 4 lessons per day for 40 minutes each). Funny physical exercises are also mandatory during the lesson.

When choosing a school, even before enteringfirst class, make a responsible decision regarding educational program. Find out what program the teacher at your chosen school is using. Parents who value not only knowledge, but also an individual approach to the child, soft adaptation in the first grade, interesting, developing tasks, choose the system of textbooks " elementary School 21st century". Thanks to a differentiated approach to each child, encouraging children's curiosity, incorporated by the developers of this system, first-graders study the school curriculum without stress and fatigue, with interest and desire.

Turn. Advise your child to play calm games with classmates during breaks, teach them to the child in advance. Explain that interactive games on a phone or tabletnot the best way for relaxation, besides, they interfere with communication with peers. If a student goes to an extended day group, then he comes home at about 16:30. Make sure your child has a change of clothes, snacks and water with them.

13: 30 Road from school

A short walk on the way home is the best way to switch from mental activity. A student needs a little more than half an hour to completely distract himself from his studies and reorganize himself into another type of activity. Let your child run and jump. Imagine how difficult it is for first-graders to maintain the accepted order of behavior in the classroom: listen carefully to the teacher, do not spin, do not jump up, do not chat. Where to go irrepressible energy from the child's body? Let her splash out, this will make it easier to endure school stress.

14:00 Lunch

Remember the king's famous phrasePrussia Friedrich Wilhelm I "War is war, but lunch is on schedule"? Try to have lunch at the same time every day. Scheduled meals are good for digestion. The body gets used to, begins to prepare for eating in advance, for examplesecrete gastric juice literally 10 minutes before the expected lunch time. The student's nutrition should be balanced, lunch should not be dry. Let it be simple hearty dishes: soups, steam cutlets, fish or meat with a side dish, vegetable salad, a healthy drink.

15: 00 After school time

Unfortunately, few people know how to properly manage this time. Parents are still preschool age load the child with circles and sections, often the beginning of school life is perceived by the parent as mandatory need enroll a first-grader in an art school, sports sections, which will create an unbearable burden on the child's body during a difficult period of adaptation to school.

The best time to start serious activities outside of school will be a year or two before school or starting in the second grade. Refuse this year from the abundance of circles that require perseverance, long-term concentration, take a lot of time. Let the student adapt and get used to the learning load.

Of course, it is not easy to imagine a first grader who would not have a smartphone, tablet or game console. Recall that the duration of continuous use of devices with liquid crystal screens for students 1– 2 classes - no more than 20 minutes. The implementation of the mode of using electronic devices during the day will help the first grader to avoid many neurological and ophthalmic problems.

18: 00 Time to get ready for school

In the first grade, homework is not assigned, but many children take the initiative and independently repeat the material studied at school. It is important for the parent not to interfere, not to burden the first grader with additional prescriptions, working out the reading technique. Modern teachers and psychologists have repeatedly warned that this leads to nervous breakdowns, a complete loss of motivation for classes.

Teach first graders to be independent. At first, collect the portfolio together, then, when the child gets used to it a little, entrust him with this activity. It is best to prepare everything you need for school the evening before, so that in the morning you will be able to avoid unnecessary fuss and wasted time. Remind about important little things: a handkerchief, wet and dry wipes, a change of shoes, a snack. If you need to take medicines, check their availability.

19:00 Dinner

Children's nutritionists recommend adhering to the diet. Main condition– dinner must be no later thanthan 4 hours before bedtime, and immediately before bedtime, offer your child a glass of drink or fruit (apple, banana, pear). Do not abuse fatty, meat dishes. Such food can cause heaviness in the stomach and negatively affect sleep.

19:30 Family time

Spend this time with your child. If you have multiple children, try to give individual attention to each. Ask about school affairs, desires, sorrows and joys, plans for tomorrow, share your news. If you can’t do without a TV, watch a good cartoon or a family movie together. Ideal if you have time for a family outing.

20: 30 Getting ready for bed

A very important time that affects the quality of sleep. Pediatricians adviseAt least an hour before bedtime, limit TV viewing and active games. It's great if you have an evening ritual that helps you get ready for bed. Reading a book, discussing the past daygood activity to end the day. It is better to do this when the child has already finished water procedures and is ready for bed. The first few days it may be unusual to stick to such a regimen, but the longer the child observes it, the better for the body. In a week there will be no problems falling asleep on time, which means that the student will sleep as much as he should. Main Rulethe child needs to sleep. Remember, an elementary school student should sleep at least 10 hours. Children who follow the regime are less likely to suffer from nervous strain and fatigue.

21:00 Sleep

Time to sleep. Ideally, if your first grader is ready for bed, he has completed all his business and is already 5– 10 minutes in bed. So he will have time to tune in to sleep. For a good sleep, do not forget to ventilate the room, the optimum air temperature in the room should be around 18 degrees. In winter, when heating devices are working, control the humidity of the air, an indicator of 60% is the norm. Try to have the child sleep in complete darkness, cortisol and melanin, which are important for the body, are produced in the complete absence of light.

On weekends, when you can get a good night's sleep in the morning, try not to break the regimen for more than 20-30 minutes. Of course, the whole mode cannot be mastered at once. Take care of the correct daily routine in advance, it is better to start preparing for it before the start school year, and then all studying proccess The first grader will be happy.

We all love our kids. We ourselves rejoice like children at their first steps, their first words. We are worried about their health. We try to make them grow up as normal, healthy, decent people. But this will not happen on its own. they need to be steered in the right direction. From childhood, to teach discipline, the daily routine, the correct distribution of personal time. by the most in a simple way will make such a routine and hang it on the wall near the bed.

Waking up every morning, the child can look and quickly remember what he needs to do first. And if it is not just written by hand, but in color, and even with funny little animals, then he will be doubly pleased with all this. And for us parents, it will be much more convenient to monitor their actions. keep everything under control. Such a schedule is drawn up taking into account all possible actions. Morning toilet, exercise, breakfast, getting ready for school, etc. You can also not forget about all kinds of sections, circles. Don't forget about outdoor games. Fresh fruits, vegetables - all this can not be included in the routine. Let's not forget about rest. The burden on the body is too great. Maybe you need to turn on naps. In any case, all this is purely individual.

We bring to your attention a short video on the topic “Daily routine FIRST CLASS for schoolchildren \ Raising a child of 6 years old”:

A little about raising a first-grader

Very important in the development of any child is the habit of eating at the same time. It is desirable that the doctor also gave some advice. He knows well all the possibilities of the baby's body. Don't demand too much from him. Children are emotional, the nervous system is still under development. There are always tantrums and scandals. They need to be dealt with gently. We don't belt.

The most important pledge harmonious development and well-being of the child - this is a good daily routine. And if it is still sensibly, competently organized, then success is guaranteed. Children get tired very quickly, so proper rest is essential. Let him play a little with his favorite doll, train, gain strength, relax a little. Less TV, all sorts of cartoons only spoiling your eyesight. More action. especially during the summer holidays.

We all work, we get tired, we are nervous, but we need to devote more time to our child. And the more the better. All of this will pay off over time.

Scientists have long proved that our human body is a special system that obeys various rhythms. In early childhood, he was entrusted with a huge burden. Everything grows physically, morally. The heart, bones, brain very quickly gain weight, mass, volume. It is advisable not to allow all sorts of stresses, creatures conflict situations., overwork.

Some features of the routine that will suit any baby:

  • morning work-out or gymnastics;
  • food intake. Proper eating at a strictly scheduled time will help normalize the work of the gastrointestinal tract;
  • after returning from school, it is necessary to give rest for 5 hours. Acquaintances with the school, teachers, classmates - affect the nervous system. The little man for the first time begins to realize that it is necessary to obey the building rules that must be followed. Whether you like them or not;
  • after dinner, it is advisable to take a little walk, get some fresh air.

We offer you to use our ready-made templates for drawing up a personal daily routine. It is best to print them on a color printer.

You can download the daily routine, various funny pictures, a list of lessons and other things by following this link:

We wish you and your offspring more health, good luck, love!!!

Sleep is a major factor that affects physical and mental activity. Children 6-8 years old are recommended to sleep for 11 hours. First graders who sleep on schedule fall asleep faster. Hang-up should be at 21.00, and the rise at 7.00.

Before going to bed, do not allow the child to play outdoor games, as well as the computer. Walking or simply airing the room promotes restful and deep sleep. It also requires daytime sleep. Its duration should not exceed 1.5 hours.

Nutrition

It has been proven that children who eat strictly on time are less prone to diseases of the digestive system and obesity. Therefore, try to adhere to this rule. It is also necessary to take into account that children 5-10 years old need five meals a day, which must necessarily include meat and dairy products, cereals, a lot of vegetables and fruits.

Physical activity

Physical activity is essential for proper development. Plan the day in such a way that the child can do morning exercises, and in the afternoon play and run in the fresh air. Walking time should not be less than 45 minutes, but not more than 3 hours.

Brainwork

Do not put your child on homework immediately after coming home from school. First there should be lunch, then rest or sleep, and after an afternoon snack and a walk. Postponing tasks until the night is also not worth it. The optimal time for homework is 17.00. Their duration, if possible, should not exceed 2 hours.

When a child begins to study at school, it is very important to adhere to certain rules for organizing time. One of which says that it is necessary to draw up a daily routine for a first grader and stick to it every day.

Of course, adults no longer remember what the main points should be in it. Therefore, in this article we will study the rules for organizing time and try to make an approximate daily routine for a first grader.

Why do you need a daily schedule for a first grader?

The child, coming to school, plunges into new world, where he needs a lot of strength to master knowledge, quickly gets tired. In order to prevent this, and he could fully study without getting sick all the time, it is necessary to plan the life of a first grader. This will help not only to accustom the baby to discipline faster, but also prevent a decrease in his performance.

How to make a daily routine for a first grader?

To properly plan your child's day, you must adhere to the following recommendations:

  • a first-grader should sleep at least 10 hours, so you need to go to bed no later than 21.00;
  • alternate mental and physical activity with rest and games, that is, after school, do not do homework and do not plan additional classes or circles;
  • if your child sleeps during the day, then the child's body needs it, do not deprive him of this, just include sleep in the schedule, replacing the circle or games at home;
  • the diet of a first grader should consist of 5 meals, one of which can take place at school (lunch);
  • in the child’s menu, be sure to include fresh fruits and vegetables and there should not be a lot of fried, salty and spicy foods;
  • teach your child to have a good breakfast, it is better to cook very nutritious hot breakfasts: milk porridge, pancakes, scrambled eggs, which will fill the body with strength and wake it up. It is necessary to have breakfast in a calm atmosphere, so do not rush the baby;
  • the total time spent by the child on the street should be at least 3 hours.

Approximate mode of a student in grade 1

Compiled based on the fact that the beginning of the lessons at 8.30.

  • 6.30 - 7.00 - awakening;
  • 7.00 - 7.30 - morning exercises, water procedures, dressing;
  • 7.30 - 7.45 - breakfast;
  • 7.45 - 8.15 - the way to school;
  • 8.30 - 12.00 - training;
  • 10.00 - 10.30 - school breakfast;
  • 12.00 - 13.00 - the way home with a walk on the street;
  • 13.00 - 13.30 - dressing, water procedures;
  • 13.30 - 14.00 - lunch;
  • 14.00 - 15.30 - rest: sleep, walk on the street, sports, games and watching cartoons;
  • 15.30 - 16.30 - repetition of school material, assignments (every 15 minutes you need to make a change);
  • 16.30 - 16.45 - afternoon tea;
  • 16.45 - 18.00 - visiting circles, additional classes with a simultaneous walk;
  • 18.00 - 19.00 - help mom with housework or free time: joint active games indoors or outdoors;
  • 19.00-19.30 - dinner;
  • 19.30 - 20.00 - walking (without outdoor games) in the fresh air or hobby classes;
  • 20.00-21.00 - getting ready for bed: cleaning the room, bathing, changing clothes, reading books;
  • 21.00-07.00 - sleep.

If a first-grader stays in after-school after the main classes, then his regime changes slightly from 12.00 to 17.00, but afterschool caregivers plan it in much the same way as parents who take their children home. The main difference is that not everywhere it is possible to organize an afternoon nap and an afternoon snack. But this can be solved by giving the first grader an apple, dried fruit or cookies to school.

It will be difficult for the child to get used to the regime during the first two months, but then he will become more organized, and will already know what to do and when to do it.
