You just don’t need to rip everything off the channel at once - it’s difficult, but it is possible, and at the same time it is not very useful, since it is very difficult to get rid of so much information that no one needs.
At this stage of mastering the technique, you DO NOT try to manipulate what is on the “other side” of the channel.

Internal currents are alive

Lesson 1.

For the development of attention, and its stability, one must learn to relax, and therefore the first lessons will be devoted to this. The exercises are performed lying down.
In this activity, the goal is to relax the legs. At the beginning of the exercises, it is advisable to rub those parts of the body, the perception of which will be paid attention.
Relax, completely distract yourself from all strangers, and turn your full attention to the foot of your left foot. Perceive everything that comes from the foot - pressure, warmth, tingling, heaviness, discomfort. Feelings of viscosity, heterogeneous sensations, etc. are possible. Next, transfer your attention to the knee, then the hip. Fix everything, simultaneously perceiving all the sensations of the left leg. Do the same with the right leg.
At the end of the exercise, attention should be paid to ordinary perception, and this can be either some image (the most ordinary), or a word (for example: dumping attention), action (stretching). Exercise time 5-10 minutes.
At the same time, an exercise should be done to develop a gaze and unblinking gaze. To do this, you should closely peer at a simple contrasting pattern - for example, an ornament, a dot on the wall (a candle is not suitable for this exercise). With the appearance of burning and pain in the eyes, the outflow of tears, the eyes (only when it will be impossible to endure) can be closed and relaxed, and, having calmed them, return to the interrupted activity (the whites of the eyes become bluish like a newborn).
This exercise is practiced for a week.

Lesson 2.

For two days, perform the exercise only with the left leg, breaking perception into sections of the foot, calf, and thigh. Spend about 2 to 3 minutes perceiving each part. Passing from the perception of one part to another, the impressions from the perception of the previous one should disappear completely.
Do the same with the right leg for two days.
The next three days, work with both legs, perceiving all the sensations from them holistically and at the same time. It is better to do this by enclosing perception in a single zone of evenly distributed attention. If this is difficult, then a simultaneous sensation is achieved by quickly switching attention from one foot to another.

Lesson 3.

All attention should be drawn to the sensation of the hands along the body, palms down. On the first day, perception is focused on the right hand, on the second on the left hand, on the third on both hands at the same time. Then repeat the cycle, on the seventh day repeating the simultaneous feeling of hands. The arms as well as the legs are divided into the sensations of the palm, elbow, forearm, and shoulder.

Session 4

Having gathered attention, the first day to feel the legs, the second hands, 3, 4, 5, 6 days from the hands and feet at the same time. As before, the perception of the arms and legs is done in parts. Then get the feeling of being one. On the seventh day, you need to feel the warmth from the right hand.

Session 5

1, 2, 3 days we attune attention to the perception of the whole body as a whole (except for the head).

First, you need to understand that you feel alive exactly as you latently imagine it (it can be felt, for example, like an inflating balloon, sticky threads, channels of "hot water", a magnetic field, and in general in any other way, devoid of the truth of excessive phantasmagoria), or if you deliberately tune in to certain sensations. Extend your left hand in front of you, palm up, and with your right palm (palm should be relaxed) very slowly drive over it at a distance of 3-5 cm in different directions - first along, then across, in circles and
etc. Catch the slightest change in sensation in your hands. The result will not be long in coming, and the received sensations must be well memorized in order to make it easier to tune in to the necessary subtlety of discrimination in the future. Next, you should feel the flow alive along the entire arm, then swap them, and already feel with your left hand I live around your right. When the sensations are alive, they become stable, and the hands will be filled with a leaden weight from the manifestation of are alive, it is worth moving on to the feeling of being alive along the whole body (avoiding the head area, so as not to cause headaches, hemorrhage, or hypertension from increased blood pressure), and feel it slowly, so that every part of your body is felt by you as a source of generation alive. Exercise results in improved sleep, swelling of the fingers, increased sensitivity of the hands. It is also worth practicing the following additional exercises (especially if you have difficulty with the main one):

1. The most sensitive part of the palms is the tips of the fingers, and therefore it is easier to get a feeling of being alive using them as an instrument of perception. To do this, put your hands in front of you at chest level, and point them with your fingertips to each other (outwardly it looks like you are grasping a tree). Hands are relaxed, palms are soft and open. Moving your fingertips in and out in relation to each other,
try to feel the opposing fingertips with them (this is easy enough to do and does not cause any difficulties). As you exhale, you can bring your hands together while emitting with your fingers and palm as a whole, I live, then there is a feeling of "magnetic resistance", but there is also a variant of emphasis on inhalation when the arms are spread, and mutual retraction of the opposing hands is alive with a manifested sensation
"Rubber stretching". After 5 minutes of practice, you should try to do the main exercise, but using your fingertips, not your palm. Then it is worth returning to this exercise (getting used to certain sensations weakens the subtleties of discrimination).

2. Next, you should proceed to work with your palms. Take the position from the previous exercise, but at the same time, not the tips of the fingers are facing each other, but the palms (as if holding the ball). Making light vibrational movements with your palms, tune in to the desired qualities alive (magnetic field, rubber or other). Then you can move your hands left and right, while the driven hand goes down. It is important not to interrupt the sensations alive when moving.

3. Now, without changing the position of your hands, turn your palms down, and try to feel the living coming from the ground. It is easier to do this by imagining that you are pressing on a large balloon (use a slight muscle tension when applying pressure). Similarly, you can feel the living sky, stretching your arms up in front of you, palms also up.

4. With your arms out to the sides, tune in to feel alive on both sides.

5. Further, it is rather the continuation of the main exercise. The hands are similar to the first exercise, but all attention is on the palms facing the body. Try to feel with the body I live with the palms, and with the palms I live the body. Having tuned in to vivid sensations, walk all over the body.

Following the received sensations of a tactile nature, you should try and visually discern what you sensed, learn to touch the essence of the environment with your eyes (to merge touch and vision that go hand in hand in spiritual perception, having received "vision"). To do this, you can use the fact that alive (like any colloidal system) has the property of opalescence, i.e. it is most noticeable if behind it or
light falls from the side. In practice, this is done like this - look at the hand (more precisely, at what surrounds it) while in a dark room, pointing towards the light. Almost everyone will see living this way. The longer you contemplate living with an unblinking gaze (it is the unblinking gaze that allows you to bring your attention closer to "here and now"), the more you will seek to distinguish between its currents. The next very useful and important exercise is live listening.

The lesson involves simple actions:
First, make yourself a special blindfold. Better to start indoors. Stand in the center of the room with your arms folded behind your back, and after putting on a blindfold. Distract your restless mind from current thoughts by paying all attention to your ear. As soon as attention flows to listening, make three turns around yourself, and try to distinguish by ear where the walls of the room and large objects are by the echo reflected from them. Whether your setup succeeds or not, try to walk around the room, bypassing all obstacles (remind you that your hands remain folded behind your back). Exit into the corridor, moving from room to room. Try to walk blindfolded as often as possible, and success in this exercise will come very quickly, you will begin to move freely and quickly in the studied room. Then practice in nature, trying not to go far, but to do the usual thing, but with your eyes blindfolded or simply closed. The next step is hearing moving objects and creatures, and you will need an assistant for that. You must learn to distinguish between what the assistant is doing and where he is going. Let the assistant, taking a voluminous light object (you can inflatable), make slow "blows" on various parts of your body, and you must guess by ear, meeting them. Further, remembering the sensations from "seeing-touching" the state of a person, try to feel the same, but "touch-hearing." Thus, the hearing of volumetric changes from both an explicit and an implicit source develops, i.e. outflows are alive, and spiritual throwings.

Any tree in the White World is not just a “part of the biosphere,” as the materialists think about it, but a visible reflection of the Intimate. The prototype of any tree is the Tree of the God-World, the Ost of the World, which unites everything Visible and Invisible.

In the process of your personal interaction with various trees, you will be able to realize many other properties of trees, as well as understand with which of them you feel the greatest inner connection, in other words, which tree is yours.

The power of the tree

Having found the tree that best suits you and bringing yourself to the proper state, stand in front of it so that your body feels like one of the segments of a single chain of Power Currents - for this it is best to stand not close to the trunk, but not very far from it. The bottom line is this: the crown of the tree hangs over you from above, the roots are below you (see the diagram), your spine is at the same time identical to the trunk of the tree - thus you integrate into the Natural Currents of Force, which are consolidated by further breathing exercises.

Capture the most natural breathing rhythm in your environment.
Concentrate on the trunk of the tree.
Become aware of all four Articles, which are the external and internal essence of you and Space, feel the Currents of the Power of the tree.
Without interrupting concentration, start breathing more pronounced - clearly focusing on deep inhalation and exhalation.
After about 30-50 breathing cycles, when you have firmly “grown” into Natural Space, start “pumping” the Force through yourself.
To do this, breathe like this: deep breath - a short delay - deep exhalation.
Be aware how, on inhalation, you absorb the Force (through the feet-roots from the Earth) - a small delay - you leave a particle of the Force inside yourself - on the exhale you pour out (through the crown of the head - to the crown of the tree).
This is a practice to feed you with the Power of the Tree.

Gaining strength from trees.

All trees are divided into vampires and donors. Vampire trees take all the negative from the environment, and donor trees give positive energy to the surrounding space. During morning class hours, choose sunny weather and go deeper into the forest. Working with vampire trees

First, vampire trees are not picky about "food" and can absorb both positive and negative energy. To determine whether a tree belongs to the category of donors or vampires, it is enough to bring an open one to it at some distance. If a feeling of warmth appears, then this is a donor tree; cold is a vampire. As soon as this is done, you need to mentally turn to the tree for help, and only after obtaining consent at an intuitive level, you can begin the procedures.
Many bioenergy magicians advise against leaning against vampire trees, as this can be dangerous. Therefore, there is the most safe way... Therefore, for recharging, it is best to go to the forest or at least to the park, away from noisy streets and highways.

The stronger the tree, the fewer other trees next to it. If a tree stands alone and there are no other trees at a distance of about ten meters from it, then it is very strong. If trees grow next to each other, their energy is not very strong.

Choose a tree that you like. It is very important to focus on your feelings. Listen to yourself if you want to come into contact with this particular tree. If so, go to him and trust your body; let it find the most suitable and pleasant position for itself. You can hug a tree and press against it with your whole body, you can lean your back against it, you can sit under it, leaning on it, you can just put your palms on the trunk.

Mentally ask the tree for help and listen to your feelings: do you think it will help you according to it? If the unpleasant sensations do not arise, indicating the refusal of the tree, then the desire for contact - internal attraction - will increase. If you feel joy, an upsurge of vitality, then there is a contact - your supply of vitality is replenished.

Communicate with the tree as much as you want (but preferably no more than an hour, so as not to get an energy "overdose").

And don't forget to thank him for his help. When leaving, it is imperative to mentally say goodbye to the tree - this is necessary in order to separate the energy fields, your own and the tree, which for a while became one whole.

After a few days, you can repeat the communication session - the effect will be even stronger than the first time. You can establish constant contact with one particular tree with which you feel your spiritual kinship. The best time for energy recharge from trees - early morning (1-2 hours after sunrise) or early evening (1-2 hours before sunset).

Working with energy itself is a big and subtle topic. But it's very easy to start, the main thing here is to be prepared. Those who have gone through all the stages that I described earlier are fully prepared and they only have to take one step to enter a new round of understanding of the World. Here's the first set of exercises +

"Run"

Conditions of the occupation: Exercise should be done with clean, dry and warm hands... The room must be well ventilated and warm. It is undesirable to study from 12 to 14 and from 18 to 20 hours. Keep a record of solar activity while exercising. Try to notice how this affects. Exercise in a sitting position - in a half lotus or just on a chair. You can stand. The back is straight. Rest is necessary before classes - the physical and mental state during classes should be good, you should be calm, cheerful and collected. Spend your appointment no closer than an hour before class. It is advisable not to take breaks, to practice daily for 15-30 minutes. Stop exercising immediately if you experience any discomfort.

Exercise leads to the disappearance of headaches and contributes to the development of positive stabilizing functions of the body. It will be easy to feel after a couple of months of daily activities.

Stage 1

Do the sculpting exercise, which I described in the previous article, until you feel the whole body. You should clearly feel every part of the body and the whole body. Now bring your hands down, stretch them out and spread them slightly to the sides, stretch your fingers straight. Hold this until you feel throbbing, numbness, and tingling in your fingertips. Increase the sensations so that they are distinct across all hands. Especially in the center of the palms and at the fingertips.

Raise your arms outstretched in front of you, maintaining a clear sensation of pulsation. Freely keeping your arms outstretched in front of you, begin to feel the warmth in your right palm. Strengthen it by drawing in energy from space through your fingertips. A dry burning sensation should be felt in the palm.
Very slowly, with an effort of will, move the burning area from the hand up the arm to the shoulder. Then run across the chest to the left shoulder and slowly lower it into the left hand. Slightly release the energy outward through the fingertips of your left hand. Hold it for a while and make the way back.
Do this 5-10 times until the sensations become very clear. Increase your speed gradually. Then feel the warmth in both palms at once, intensify it by drawing in energy through your fingertips, and as you continue to draw in energy, fill your hands with it completely.
Maintain the sensation as you get used to it. Remember it, note for yourself the features of this feeling. Then slowly push the energy out of your hands through your fingertips. If it doesn't work out well, do it on a slow exhalation.
For a change, try to draw in and drive energy through your legs, fill it in your legs, stomach, chest, then your whole body (just don't let it go to your head yet!). Run the energy through the body in different ways, such as pulling through your left leg and releasing it through your right hand. In addition, it is a very good energetic massage of the internal organs.

Stage 2

Having mastered the first stage, move on to this. From this stage onward, you will need a technique called “hand activation”. Its essence is to quickly prepare your hands for work. To do this, simply practice a quick dry burning sensation in the palms and fingertips. Turn it on and off as you wish.

So, do the hand activation. Next, place your hands vertically in front of you at chest or navel level, palms facing each other at a distance of 10-15 centimeters. Feel the space between them, very slowly bringing your palms closer and apart from each other. Feel the elastic energy between your palms. It does not allow your palms to come close so easily, pushing them away, springing. (Some people may instead have a mild tingling sensation, warmth, or vibration.) Work like this for 10-15 minutes, remembering the sensation.
When it starts to work out easily, move on. Feeling the energy between your palms, strengthen it by pouring in more energy from the centers of your palms. You can do this in two ways - pouring out energy from your chest or abdomen through your palms, or pouring out energy drawn in through your fingertips. In the first case, you will pump up the space between the palms with your own energy, and in the second, with the energy of the surrounding space. I think the difference is obvious. Practice both methods.
As you fill the space between your palms, begin to condense it, collecting energy into a ball. It's like sculpting a snowball. Little by little, it will become very dense and clearly perceptible. Play with it a little, place it on one palm, and drive around with the other, feeling its surface. Then change your palms.
Next, pull the ball into your palms and release it again. Try to pull it into both palms at once, and then into the left and right separately. Then release the energy from only one palm, feeling it with the other. Then change your palms. Release energy from one palm and draw in the other. Try to also release energy from one palm, draw in the other, and then, lifting it along the hand and then return it to the palm from which you release it (make a kind of a ring on your hands). Then change your palms. Exercise like this for 10-20 minutes daily.
At the end of the exercise, the ball can be drawn into yourself, as suggested in many sources, but this should be done only when you are sure that it consists of the energy that suits you and that you can correctly assimilate it and distribute it throughout the body. For the first time, you'd better disperse it. To do this, pull it into your palms as you learned in the first step of this exercise, and then release this energy through your fingertips.
After such work, hands should be “cleaned”. To do this, lightly shake them off, feeling all the remnants of the energy on them drain off your hands. Just do not shake it off anywhere - it is better to shake it off into a special corner, or even better into the ground. Then release all sensations, returning your hands to normal, usual sensitivity.

Stage 3

Up to this point, you have only felt the energy and moved it a little. Now you need to learn to work with energy more actively. Relax your arms by stretching them out in front of you and placing your palms opposite each other at a distance of 10 centimeters. Relax all muscles except those that hold the arms in weight. Now release the energy from your palms so that it spreads your arms. Then, drawing in the energy, bring your hands together again. Work on it.

Now make an energy ball between your palms, as you learned on the previous floor.

Let me clarify that there are two fundamentally different directions in working with energy - you learn to generate, collect and concentrate energy, while at the same time training to feel what is around. To deepen the second part, the 4th stage of this exercise is intended. You don't need to generate energy here. On the contrary, you will need to avoid it and just feel with your hands after activating them.

So, activate your hands. Now slowly bring them up to a table or other large, flat object. Start with your right hand. Keep it 30-50 centimeters from the surface of the object. Slowly begin to bring your hand closer, recording all the sensations. Remember what sensations are caused by your hand approaching an object and at what moment they are most distinct. Typical variant- you can feel warmth and elasticity as your hand approaches. There may also be tingling, throbbing, or chills. In the place where it begins to manifest itself most noticeably, you begin to feel the field of the object. It is, of course, more than you have experienced. But so far you have felt its boundary to the best of your ability. Gradually, you will learn to feel the field of objects from a greater distance.
As you move your hand closer to the object, you will lose a clear sense of the border, but the hand will move as if with resistance - you entered the field.

Once you have found the distance at which the border of the field is felt clearly, move your hand slowly for several minutes, getting used to the sensation. Over time, you will learn to feel a very tight, clear border. Sometimes it seems that there is no way to stick your hand further. Train on a variety of objects - wood, iron, glass, etc.
Additionally, do the following workouts. Place two pieces of paper of the same size on the table, at least 10 by 10 centimeters. One will be black. The other is white. First, bring your hand to one piece of paper, hold it until you get a clear sensation from it. Remember this feeling. Now clear your hand and get the sensation of the second piece of paper. Pumping

In parallel with training the skill of working with energy, you should increase the power of your own energy. This is a long-term process, as the energy level needs to be increased gradually so that the body has time to get used to it. As your energy levels rise, you will have more and more opportunities, exercise will be easier, and techniques will work more efficiently. I have already warned you many times that this is a serious stage, which must be approached especially carefully and prudently. Be sure that you have good control over your own will, emotions and mind.

You can use only some of the proposed options or combine them - at your discretion. Everyone likes a certain type of pumping more. Now about metaphysics. So, you put your palms up. Wait for the sky, space or the universe to “load” you with energy for “earth”. The solar plexus is a kind of brain of the abdomen, and the Ajna plexus, which is located between the eyebrows, forms the spiritual center and represents, so to speak, the inner eye of intuition. Likewise, our way of life is influenced by climate, food, traditions and surroundings, so different from those of India. Therefore, we need other methods. There is an excellent opportunity, through appropriate concentration exercises, to achieve amazing results when these exercises are done in homeopathic doses, the better the results are the more moderate their use.

Ajna-plexus, in a certain sense of the word, is like a magnet that smoothes, “calms down” a tape recording, and with proper influence can erase it altogether. Ajna has a particularly strong effect on consciousness.
The following comparison will help here. Due to the habit of constantly repeating and renewing certain transitions of thoughts and sensory representations, our subconscious, having undergone this impression, “slander” in the same way as “slander” a tape recorder, making a record on it.
It has already been mentioned that the Ajna center is like a magnet, and just as a magnet can erase a tape recording, so Ajna can extinguish negative pictures, “annoying places” in consciousness. As you know, every disappointment, every nuisance affects the stomach. In such situations, you feel a dull pressure in the stomach area, which is noticed, for example, with gastritis inflammation or other agitated conditions. Very sensitive people may even feel that they are being pressed with a fist on the stomach cavity.
All waves of feelings and sensations pass through the solar plexus, and the slightest emotional irritation, especially criticism and nagging, acts on him immediately. This effect is always harmful, since in this case the solar plexus (manipura chakra) cannot direct a sufficient flow of force into the vegetative nervous system... Therefore, for at least three months, you need to do this exercise every day for three to five minutes.

This exercise can be done not only while relaxing lying down, but also outdoors during a morning walk, during classes, just on the go or sitting at home in a comfortable chair.
