We also connect points Ш1 with Ш11 and Ш2 with Ш22. Lines Ш1Ш11 and Ш2Ш22 - bottom lines.
Since we have pants with a low waistline, it means that from point T we lay down 2 - 6 cm and put a point T0 and draw a horizontal line through it. And at the intersection of this line with the side seams, we put points T11 and T22. Line Т11Т22 - pants waistline. You can round it a little by stepping back from points T11 and T22 upwards by 1 cm.
You noticed that we did not use points B1 and B2, why did we build them?
The fact is that not always side seams will be so far away from these points.
If, for example, take TSh = 60 cm, and T1Sh11 = 70 cm, then the side seams will be located closer to points B1 and B2. 
The main thing is not to narrow your trousers along the hips. But in this case, they are already more like a skirt.

In this example, we cut a little differently. We connect point T1 with point B1 and continue this line down. The same is on the other side. We connect T2 with B2 and continue the line down.
