Excellent Christmas decoration trees, rooms - volumetric star from paper. The asterisk looks gorgeous, and making it is not at all difficult.

What do you need to work?

  • Colored cardboard or white, depending on what color you need the star;
  • Scissors, glue. Any stationery, for example, PVA or glue stick, glues well. But when connecting two finished parts of a star, for reliability, you can use Moment glue, a glue gun.

How to make a 3D paper star?

Cut two identical squares from cardboard. When determining the size, you need to be guided by the square itself, what is its magnitude, so will the star, since the corners of the square correspond to its rays.

Fold one square in half, corner to corner. Straighten and fold in half again, but this time the second corner to the opposite corner.

There should be two cross folds on the square.

This will create 4 snowflake criss-cross folds.

Now you need to make the rays of the star. To do this, bend one edge of the corner, aligning it with the fold.

Then another.

Repeat the action with all angles.

The beams need to be glued, the cross shows on which side it is better to apply the glue. Spread it well on all the triangular sides, from the corner to the straight bottom. It is possible not all at once, but to take into work one beam at a time.

Glue was applied, and then glue the side that is without glue on top.

Glue all the rays.

You will get this one part of a volumetric star. By the way, it can be used for appliqués.

Make a second piece out of the second square.

And then simply glue them together, middle to middle. Try to keep each ray of one part as much as possible in the center of two rays of the second. Sometimes the point of contact between them is very small, check it first, connect without glue, identify the connection points, and apply glue there. You may need Moment glue or a glue gun.

If you want to decorate your home for a holiday or just like that, and want to do it yourself, then the star is one of the elements that will always look beautiful in the room, on a stele, on a chandelier or Christmas tree.

How to make a paper star? Convex star.

These beautiful little paper stars will be a great decoration, both for the interior and for a postcard or a gift.

You will need:

- colored paper (you can use pages from an old magazine)

- scissors (clerical knife)

* The key point in this master class is the correct cutting of paper strips.

* The stripes must be straight. In this example, they are 9mm wide and 221mm long.

4. Let's move on to the most interesting and at the same time simple process - making an asterisk.

Wrap a long strip around each side of the pentagon. You need to do 12 to 15 wraps. This means that each face must be wrapped at least two times.

5. Hide the remaining tip of the paper inside your star.

Hold your pentagon with two fingers of one hand. At this time, use the tip of the finger of your other hand to lightly press on one edge. You need to hit the middle of the edge.

This process needs to be done with all the edges and you will get a beautiful star.

How to make an origami star?

You will need: paper, scissors. Cut the paper into squares and fold according to the scheme.

Males should be especially attentive to this work. Indeed, thanks to simple techniques, the cheapest raw materials and the minimum investment of time, you will be able to fulfill your long-standing promise: to give your beloved a star! And may she bring you happiness! Let's start with her.

These little origami stars look beautiful when there are many of them and they are all the same. Therefore, immediately cut a sheet of bright colored paper into thin strips 27 cm long and 1 cm wide. The thinner the paper, the longer the stripes should be. For thick paper, 13-15 cm is enough.

Description:

  • Tie a knot at the end of the ribbon. Bend the short tip to form a five-pointed outline.

  • Press the short, wrapped end of the tape with the long end, and continue winding it almost in a circle. The shape itself will tell you the direction. Try to make even turns, without skipping or crossing the strip from the previous row. Do not pinch, so that our star of happiness is voluminous. But also do not weaken, so that it does not fall apart. When the length is over, thread the tip of the strip into the "pocket" from the previous two turns.

  • Treat every corner. With two fingers, squeeze the midpoints of the adjacent sides and form a sharp corner. The complexity and sharpness of the corner depends on the weight of the paper.

Make many of these stars of happiness and give it in handfuls.

Simple 5-pointed star

Origami star

This star is not as simple as it sounds. Manufacturing details - see the video.

A real colored five-pointed origami star comes from five modules.

  • Cut equal paper squares (3 blue, 2 yellow). Draw a diagonal.

  • Bend the opposite corners with the side adjacent to the axis.

  • Turn the workpiece over.

  • Fold it diagonally.

  • Tuck the bottom corner so that its inner side becomes a continuation of the horizontal. Turn the workpiece over and tuck the second corner as well.

  • Fold the lateral right side along the drawn axis. Turn the module over and repeat the action.

  • Make 3 of these modules from blue paper and 2 from yellow.

  • Layer the left yellow horn over the right blue horn. Have them hug.

  • To do this, unfold the sides and wrap it over the other horn again ..

  • Attach three more modules in the same way and the origami star is ready.

Shuriken. Ninja Throwing Star

The stars do not only for beauty. Sometimes they become formidable weapons. For example, the shuriken is an iron throwing star, a must-have attribute of eastern militants. We will make it out of paper according to the diagram shown in the photo.

  • Cut 10 multi-colored squares (2 of each color) of the same size and make modules from each as shown in the photo.

  • Connect them into a star by inserting the corner of one module into the pocket of the other. Form a star by stacking segments along the long side with a "mountain" and along the short side with a "valley".

  • For stability, make a frame from the same modules. Get another star like this. Lubricate it from the inside with glue and squeeze along the edges and folds. You will get a convex star with flat rays. Place it inside first and glue it.

How to make a voluminous five-pointed star

In this master class, we need an A4 sheet and scissors, which we use very rarely, but here we cannot do without them.

Let's make a square out of a rectangle. To do this, we bend one corner so that the two edges are connected to each other and lie in parallel.

We tear off the excess part.

It turns out a square.

We make a rectangle from the square. Press down on the bent side.

We unfold the bent and fold the square in the middle. It turns out this rectangle.

We fold in the middle.

It turns out a small square.

We go back one step. We turn away the bend. We now have a vertical line centered.

Bend the upper corner to the center on the left half. And immediately we turn back.

Bend the lower part and bend it back.

Here's what happened. Two lines cross.

Now a very important step, we bend the upper right corner to the center of the cross, which is on the left side of the workpiece.

We work with a fold. Turn the corner to the right so that the lines touch exactly.

The entire left side must be bent to the right. Top left corner to center.

The lines must touch.

We turn this blank inside out. Bend in the opposite direction in the center.

Here's what happened. Turn the part over to one side, as shown in the photo.

Turn the upper corner up.

Back we go back one step. The trace from the bend is important, or rather the line itself.

It is along this line that we will cut the made figure in half.

We take scissors. The diagonal is clearly visible along which we make a cut.

Like this. We need the top part.

From such a small triangle, you get a five-pointed paper.

We begin to unfold gradually.

When we unfold, we get such a figure that looks like a. It is necessary to correct some rays and make the correct creases. This is not difficult.

It turns out here such a star made of paper for May 9 with your own hands. Beautiful, original and unusual. Volumetric craft we will decorate the holidays.

Star: origami

Stars made in origami style look original and stylish when made from notebooks for notes or newspaper sheets.

Getting started:

Five-pointed star made of paper

If you want to make a three-dimensional five-pointed star, then we advise you to choose such a material for work as cardboard.

In addition to cardboard, scissors, paints, a simple pencil and glue should be in the workplace

Progress:

Star of Bethlehem

Method 1

Such a star will be an adornment in any room and not only on Christmas days. But let's just warn you that this will take a lot of time, the work requires dedication, scrupulousness and patience. But the result will undoubtedly please you.

Before starting work, you should have the following materials on hand:

  • common office paper(can be colored) A4 in the amount of 50 pcs.;
  • dense threads;
  • PVA glue;
  • stationery scissors;
  • stapler.

Let's start making crafts.

Star of Bethlehem

Take the sheets and cut them in half lengthwise.

Twist all the paper pieces so that one edge is tighter, the other looser, coat with glue and squeeze a little more.

These will be the rays of our future star.

Take a stapler and for a start 3 beams. Fix them like a fan.

You should put such fans on the prepared dense thread and tighten them tightly.

You will get a ray-shaped ball on a string. This is our star, which can now be hung in any place convenient for you.

Advice! If in your work you do not use colored paper, but ordinary white, then spray paint will help to give the star of beauty and shine.

Method 2

Making a star glow in the dark

There is nothing difficult in creating a luminous star, as it seems at first glance. Just take any template of the star you like and make beautiful holes of any shape (round, rhomboid, triangular, pentagonal, etc.). After that, carefully pull any garland with small bulbs through these holes. When done, the template needs to be fixed with glue. This version of the star is a great way to update an old unsightly garland and add magic to the interior.

Advice! The stars can be hung separately on ribbons, or you can simply connect them all with a garland and spread them out on a windowsill or other surface.
